Payment

How do I pay?

With money would be great… unfortunately we are not accepting smiles and winks as payment, yet!

Secure payments are made directly on our website when you are ready to check out. You will be directed to the secure Payfast page to make the payment. You can choose to pay using either a credit card or debit card or you can do an instant EFT.

Just make sure the folks know!

What payment options are available?

Credit & Cheque Cards | Debit Card | Instant EFT’s.

Do you accept Cash on delivery?

Nope, unfortunately not. All transactions are done online… Please and thank you!

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a standard rate of R90 for deliveries nationwide on all orders less than R550.

Should you shop for more than R550, your shipping is on us = Free, Mahala, Gratis, Libre, Ελεύθερος!

 *Please note that our couriers do not deliver to Townships.

How long does shipping take?

Turnaround time is something we pride ourselves in!

Your order is personally packaged within 2 days of receipt of the order and payment and is then collected by our chosen couriers. Typically the courier company takes between *2 – 3 business days to have your package delivered to you to your door… DING DONG!

We promise that it will be worth the wait.

*For outlying areas an additional day or two could be added to the estimated delivery period.

How do I track my order?

Once we have dispatched your order to the courier we will send you an email with your tracking number and tracking information.

Where are you based?

The POP Chicks are based in the beautiful Western Cape in South Africa.

We either hide behind our computers all day sourcing the latest trending items, or we are in the studio brainstorming new product ideas, or we are creating new content for our social platforms.

Whatever we are doing, we operate exclusively online.

Can I collect my order directly?

Why on earth would you want to collect your shopping when we can have it delivered… to your door… in a funky package?

In other words… We do not allow collections for security reasons.

Where is your store?

It’s online silly!

The POP Chicks operate exclusively online from this website.

How do I place an order?

Step 1:  Log onto www.popclick.co.za (You’re in the right place if you’re reading this!)

Step 2: Browse our shop section (It could take a while as it’s POPPING with trending items)

Ste 3: Choose an item (or ten) and select “add to cart”

Step 4: Click on your cart (The little trolley icon)

Step 5: Proceed to “check out” and follow the steps from there.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you realise that you’ve made a booboo and ordered the wrong items please POP us an email as soon as possible:  support@popclick.co.za

Include your order number and we will try our best to help… if we can.

Returns and Refund Policy

How do I qualify for a return or refund?

Returns

We generally do not accept returns… BUT, if your purchase is faulty or damaged please contact us immediately by emailing support@popclick.co.za.

Be sure to include your order number and photos of the faulty or damaged goods.

Notice of faulty or damaged goods needs to be received by POP Click within 2 working days of delivery of said items.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3 Panorama Avenue, Dormehlsdrift, George, Western Cape.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item which needs to be arranged within 10 working days of receipt of these items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. On inspection of the items by POP Click we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned items.  Should POP Click accept responsibility for these goods, a replacement item will be couriered to you (if available) at POP Click’s account.

If not, then a store credit will be given plus a voucher for free shipping on your next order.

All sale items will be credited at the sale item value.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

*If you are shipping an item over R250, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please consider using our preferred courier partners = FastWay.

NB: No returns on incorrect clothing size will be accepted. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused / unworn and in the same condition as when it was received.
